Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join the AWS Sales & Marketing Legal team. You will draft and negotiate customer and partner agreements, advise on technology licenses, and help steer complex deals in a fast-moving cloud business.

Candidates should have 2+ years post‑bar experience, a JD, and experience with tech contracts, government procurement, and AI‑assisted review. AWS offers competitive compensation plus comprehensive benefits and RSUs.

Qualifications

2+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
JD and bar admission in one state or equivalent.
Experience in private practice or in-house at a tech company or equivalent.
Experience using AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review.

Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating customer agreements and Professional Services Partner contracts.
Engage with business partners on legal positions and risks.
Advise on regulatory, compliance and risk positions across deals.
