Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission in at least one state.
• Minimum 2 years of post-bar legal experience.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize terms for high‑value cloud technology transactions.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation to AWS business teams.
• Manage legal issues in existing relationships and resolve disputes.
• Advise leadership on legal risk for new initiatives and opportunities.
• Address pre-litigation disputes with cross‑functional collaboration.
