You will balance independent project ownership with collaboration across the legal team and the business, provide ongoing counsel, handle pre-litigation issues, and help navigate evolving regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor and admission to a state bar.
• 2+ years of post-bar legal experience.
• Experience with complex cloud technology transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• In-house experience at a technology or internet company preferred.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications or cloud services preferred.

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize terms for high-value cloud technology transactions.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation guidance to AWS business teams.
• Manage legal issues in existing commercial relationships.
• Advise leadership on legal risk for new initiatives and market opportunities.
• Address pre-litigation disputes and inquiries with business teams to develop responses.
