Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to shape the future of cloud security at AWS. You will collaborate with security teams, translating complex legal challenges into innovative solutions that protect and empower our global customers.

You will lead negotiations for technology, intellectual property, and data licensing, and provide comprehensive legal counsel on regulatory and compliance matters across cloud initiatives.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on cloud security, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Advise security teams during strategic customer engagements, media interactions, and interactions with security researchers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security commitments in cloud enterprise agreements.
• Lead negotiations for technology, IP and data licensing across inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Support the global security response team with nuanced legal perspectives in ambiguous scenarios.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Uphold a deep commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity across all engagements.
