Job summary

Employer.com, a growing technology company, seeks a hands-on Corporate Accountant or Senior Corporate Accountant to own core accounting and financial operations across the business and its subsidiaries.

You will manage accrual-based bookkeeping, month-end close, intercompany postings, and financial reporting under US GAAP, supporting internal controls and integration efforts from mergers and acquisitions. Open to Accountant or Senior Accountant based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience; senior level considered for more experience.
• Strong hands-on accrual accounting and bookkeeping required.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accruals and journal entries.
• Own month-end and quarter-end close and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare intercompany and subsidiary journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal controls and accounting transitions related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial statements and assist with ad hoc accounting projects.
