Job summary

Winners Circle Group, based in Texas, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage journal entries and the general ledger across multiple entities. You will support month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting under the VP of Finance.

You will collaborate with payroll, HR, and operations to ensure accurate payroll accounting, audit readiness, and internal controls, while maintaining GAAP compliance and strong financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience with journal entries and GL.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll reports and payroll entries.
• Month-end and year-end close in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and basic Word/Google proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for all entities.
• Maintain general ledger integrity across entities.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Manage month-end close deadlines.
• Support external audits and tax filings.
