Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to maintain GAAP-compliant financial reporting across multiple entities and ERP systems. You’ll oversee cash/banking, payroll accounting, intercompany activity, and consolidation processes while driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5+ years of corporate accounting, and CPA-eligible status, with strong Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA-eligible status preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting in multi-entity or manufacturing settings.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, audit support, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Oversee cash accounting, reconciliations, and banking reporting.
• Manage payroll-related entries, accruals, and GL mapping with Paycom.
• Record, reconcile, and eliminate intercompany transactions and variances.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare schedules/documents for findings.
• Lead process improvements and system integrations across ERPs.
