Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites in the Helena area. If you enjoy hands-on work and helping customers get back up and running, this role could be a fit.

You’ll install and configure equipment, perform preventative maintenance, maintain service records, and communicate updates clearly. Background in mechanical or technical repair is welcome; training is provided for the right

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
• Install and configure equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
• Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team
