DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers and printers at customer locations. You’ll install and configure equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver excellent on-site support.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
• Install and configure equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
• Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team
