LaSalle Network in Naperville, IL is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support a fast-paced transportation team. You will track equipment, manage container returns, and coordinate with vendors to keep records accurate.

This contract role offers hybrid work with remote Mondays and Fridays, Excel-based tasks, and the opportunity to grow logistics expertise with potential for full-time hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of ocean carrier or similar experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment data and communicate with vendors to maintain accurate records.
• Oversee container returns and assist with street turn coordination.
• Investigate equipment misuse and support timely issue resolution.
• Assist with Maintenance and Repair (MNR) activities and damaged container sales.
• Monitor and report lost or stolen equipment.
• Keep equipment tracking systems updated and organized.
