Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to manage box office operations and front-of-house services for School of the Arts events. The role supports high-quality customer service, supervises student employees, and coordinates audience services across NKU’s Greaves Concert Hall, Corbett Theatre, and Stauss Theatre.
Evening and weekend hours are required; it is a ten-month, part-time position (20 hours/week) during the academic year.

The Front of House Coordinator manages box office operations and front-of-house services for ticketed School of the Arts (SOTA) events. This position ensures high-quality customer service, supervises student employees, and coordinates audience services to support successful performances and events. The primary venues for fine arts events at NKU are the 650-seat Greaves Concert Hall, 315-seat Corbett Theatre and 120-seat Stauss Theatre. Evening and weekend hours will be required in accordance with the schedule of performances and other events as appropriate. This is a ten-month (academic fall and spring semester) part-time (20 hours per week) position.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in theatre, business or accounting and one year of related work experience. The acceptable equivalency would be an associate’s degree in theatre, business or accounting plus 2 years of related work experience.
Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs. This job involves setting up outdoor signage before productions to assist patron access to the building.
