Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Consumer Family Satisfaction Team Member to engage with consumers and family members in mental health/substance abuse programs, conducting interviews and organizing survey data at service sites or the Blueprints office.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse individuals. Flexible engagement in CFST events and trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Washington County social service network and resources.
• Ability to work independently without close daily supervision.
• Experience as a consumer or family member of mental health and/or substance abuse services.
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills are required.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people.
• Good social skills are essential.
• Willingness to enhance computer skills.
• Strong phone skills are required.
• A professional appearance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Organize materials and daily time schedules.
• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members at service sites or the Blueprints office.
• Complete office responsibilities such as checking surveys for accuracy and submitting time/travel sheets.
• Attend meetings, trainings and conferences as required.
• Participate in organizing or attending CFST events.

Essential Functions

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Organize materials and daily time schedules.
• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
• Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy, filing surveys appropriately, submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
  
• Attend meetings, trainings, conferences as required.
• Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
