Coordinating Manager Level A - Lincoln Recovery Center

Job Description

Purpose of Position:
This role involves supervisory or administrative work of varying difficulty, requiring independent judgment. Responsibilities include overseeing activities of professional and non-professional staff delivering health therapy programs and support services such as physical, occupational, inhalation specialties, radiology, laboratory, emergency, ambulatory care, medical utilization review, and quality assurance. The role also involves coordinating rehabilitation services to maximize patient treatment and recovery, and supervising medical utilization review and quality assurance programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, performs functions including:

  • Consulting with medical and professional staff to plan and coordinate patient and management objectives.
  • Providing administrative supervision for comprehensive health services involving therapists, counselors, and health personnel.
  • Planning and conducting staff training programs.
  • Allocating staff based on workload, space, and equipment.
  • Participating in budget planning, reviewing costs, and preparing budgets.
  • Supervising studies to evaluate and improve rehabilitative programs and departmental operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counseling, plus one year of full-time experience in a medically-oriented healthcare environment; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in the above fields, plus two years of relevant experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Department Preferences

Note: Certification or licensure may be required.
