Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Cooling CE to perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Liebert Air cooling products. The role requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work under supervision or independently based on training.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC credentials, basic electrical knowledge, and a track record of delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
Six years military experience in a related field (if applicable).
EPA refrigerant license required.
Basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service Liebert Air products on-site.
Render on-site and phone assistance to customers; coordinate with National Tech Support.
Perform scheduled maintenance and implement Field Change Notices.
Maintain safety guidelines and wear PPE; report safety incidents within 24 hours.
Provide accurate and timely reporting; manage timecards and inventory.
Strive for first-time fix and maintain customer satisfaction.
