Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products. You will build strong rapport with customers and coordinate with national support to resolve equipment issues.

The role requires performing maintenance, following safety guidelines, and adhering to company policies. Travel and on-site responsibilities are involved, with emphasis on safety and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Certificate Program or equivalent experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant license is required.
• Six years military experience in related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Rely on direction to accomplish goals.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work tasks according to guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain certifications per job requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting as per company guidelines.
• Meet on-site response time requirements and ensure first-time fixes where possible.
