Job summary

Vertiv in Ohio seeks a Cooling CE responsible for installation, commissioning, and on-site service of Liebert Air products. You will establish rapport with customers and coordinate with area/district offices and the direct manager.

The role requires safe work practices, ability to work under supervision or independently, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. Travel is required; a valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience is preferred.
• EPA refrigerant license and basic electrical knowledge are required.
• Military or equivalent industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work according to guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Keep up to date on Safety Bulletins and Field Change Notices.
