Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent field experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• EPA refrigerant license and basic electrical knowledge required.
• Good reading of electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong HVAC theory and OHM's law knowledge.
• Solid communication, problem solving and safety procedures.
• Ability to summarize tasks and report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and perform scheduled/emergency service on Liebert Air products.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers and coordinate with HQ.
• Work under supervision or independently as trained.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain and document service activities and timecards.
• Write accurate reports and manage inventory per policy.
• Aim for first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites and assist during meetings as needed.
