Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to perform installation, commissioning and service on Liebert Air products. The role requires building strong customer rapport and maintaining communication with local offices and management.

Responsibilities include on-site and phone support, following safety guidelines, and ensuring documentation is complete for every assignment. Travel is required, with flexible schedules and on-call potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; HVAC certificate preferred.
• EPA refrigerant license is required or equivalent experience.
• Read electrical diagrams and blueprints; understand Ohm's law.
• Six years of related field experience or military experience applicable.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Rely on direction to accomplish goals and perform tasks as assigned.
• Capable of working under supervision or independently after training.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers and maintain contacts.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting; manage timecards and expenses.
