Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air cooling products at customer sites. You will establish rapport with customers, coordinate with national support, and maintain clear communication with local offices and management.

You will perform both on-site and phone-based tasks, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure proper documentation and reporting while striving for a first-time fix and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent industry experience required.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform service on Liebert Air cooling products.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers and coordinate with National Technical Support.
• Maintain safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Complete reporting and documentation on time and accurately.
• Follow company guidelines for scheduled maintenance and field notices.
