Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to perform installation, commissioning, and service on Liebert Air products. You will interact with customers, field teams, and National Technical Support to ensure reliable cooling solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate reporting, and the ability to operate under supervision or independently based on training. Travel and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license required.
• Six years of military experience in a related field is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams/blueprints.
• Familiarity with OHM's law and HVAC theory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs according to guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices as published.
• Maintain safety guidelines and PPE as required.
• Accurately report work and maintain documentation.
