Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE in Baton Rouge to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products on-site and by phone. You will build rapport with customers, coordinate with national teams, and maintain safety and reporting standards.

Ideal candidates have an HVAC certificate or equivalent, possibly EPA license, and a track record in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Expect field work with PPE, documentation, and reliable communication with local offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• EPA refrigerant license (or equivalent) preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks per company guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Report all work according to company reporting guidelines.
