Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize tasks with service calls.
• Knowledge of local area geography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch service calls.
• Dispatch service calls based on priority level.
• Communicate with sales regarding full service accounts and opportunities.
• Notify service technicians and manage ETA, parts status and repair orders.
• Establish delivery schedules with customers.
• Reassign calls based on technician availability.
• Run daily call-count reports.
• Maintain contact with supervisors and managers.
• Fill in for other dispatchers as needed.
• Follow any other duties assigned by supervisor.
