Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales and Service, LLC is seeking an Equipment Services Coordinator to manage dispatch and customer service for field technicians. You will monitor routes, schedule efficiently, and handle urgent customer requests to ensure smooth operations.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Field Service Supervisors and cross-functional teams, updating routing profiles and tickets, and providing excellent support to bottlers and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in beverage, customer service or logistics-related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update Field Service employee profiles and equipment service tickets as needed.
• Monitor and resolve Customer Support Tickets promptly to meet bottler needs.
• Act as SME for frontline staff, guiding tools and de‑escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain escalated call details and provide feedback on process questions and training needs.
• Identify process improvements to increase department efficiency.
