Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to organize and dispatch service calls for technicians, coordinate with sales, and manage delivery schedules. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ideal candidates will have a GED or higher, strong data entry and planning abilities, and willingness to fill in for other dispatchers as needed. Medical benefits and 401k are available along with competitive wages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks along with service calls.
• Knowledge of area geography a plus.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong data entry skills and 10 key calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch service calls.
• Dispatch service calls based on priority level.
• Communicate with sales regarding full service accounts and potential opportunities.
• Contact service technicians dispatching calls in a timely and prioritized manner.
• Establish delivery schedule with customers.
• Reassign calls based on availability of technicians.
• Maintain consistent contact with Cooler Service Supervisor and Cooler Service Manager.
• Fill in for other Dispatchers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Rate of Pay: $19 per hour - $23 per hour

Job Description: This position organizes service calls from call-takers and dispatches calls to service technicians in an efficient manner. Provides assistance to Service Technicians by dispatching information of repair of company equipment and notify customers of ETA, hold for parts and status of repair order.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Receive and dispatch service calls.
• Dispatch service calls based on priority level.
• Communicate with sales regarding full service accounts and potential opportunities.
