Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP’s gold standard.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in station.
• Power on/off equipment at opening and closing shifts.
• Clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Verify prepared food meets BP quality standards.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to BP code of ethics, integrity and conduct.
