Boiling Point Group is seeking a Cook Trainee to join our San Jose restaurant team. The role focuses on preparing food, following BP’s gold standards, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates will bring a positive attitude, be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer knowledge including MS Office. The position offers varied shifts and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Ideal candidate has 1+ year restaurant experience, preferably as a cook.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain all equipment and stations in good working order.
• Clean food preparation areas, surfaces and utensils.
• Verify that prepared food meets quality standards.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety codes and BP guidelines.
• Adhere to BP's code of ethics and conduct.
