Boiling Point is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on preparing all food items to BP standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a great dining experience for patrons.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year restaurant experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a team setting. The position is on-site with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant environment, preferably as a cook.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite products.
• High School diploma preferred.
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP’s gold standard.
• Maintain equipment in the station and ensure proper use.
• Maintain all equipment and perform start/end-of-shift shutdowns.
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Verify that prepared food meets BP requirements for quality.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety codes per BP guidelines.
• Adhere to BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct.
