Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Bend, OR. You will coordinate and supervise staff to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff in food service and sanitation, ensuring on-time meal service and proper portioning, appearance, and temperature of all items, while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing supervision.
• Strong customer service mindset and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
