Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook II to manage setup, prep, and organization of a busy workstation within a private club environment. You will work with Cook 1 and Cook 3 to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the service.

Responsibilities include preparing complete meals, coordinating with chefs, and assisting in menu planning and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, daily prep, and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station, following standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of menu items.
• Receive and store goods; manage items used by others.
• Interact professionally with members/guests and address requests.
