Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Cook II to prepare food items per recipes and standards in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will roll up your sleeves to assist teams and uphold the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION philosophy, while ensuring top quality and safety across all stations.

The role requires prior prep or line cook experience, strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or line cook experience required.
• Must have basic knowledge of production and operations in all relevant kitchen areas.
• Must be familiar with proper use and cleaning of relevant kitchen equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.
• Assist teams and live by the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION philosophy.
• Follow established recipes to ensure quality and maintain hygiene.
• Assist with daily food prep and station setup and organization.
• Provide efficient service to guests and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
