Baptist Health Hardin is seeking a Cook II - Food Service to prepare items for patient meals, the cafeteria, and catered events, following menus, recipes, portions, and Baptist Health culinary standards. You will work as part of a team to deliver quality, cost-effective, nutritious meals for patients, visitors, and staff, while using facilities and equipment efficiently to minimize waste.

Minimum six months of large-scale food preparation experience is required; a high school diploma or higher

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in large scale food preparation.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred.
• Formal culinary education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food products for patient meals, cafeteria, and catered functions per sanitation guidelines and Baptist Health culinary standards.
• Collaborates with staff to produce quality, cost-effective, nutritious meals for patients, visitors, employees, and events.
• Uses facilities and equipment efficiently to minimize loss and waste.
