Job summary

Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Cook II for full-time, first shift. You will prepare food for patient meals, the cafeteria, and catering according to menus, recipes, and portions while adhering to Baptist Health culinary standards.

You’ll work as part of a team to deliver nutritious meals for patients, visitors, staff, and special events, using approved procedures and equipment efficiently to minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in large-scale food preparation.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred.
• Formal culinary education preferred.

• Collaborates with team to produce nutritious meals for patients, visitors, staff and functions.
