Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; more than one year of culinary experience or formal culinary education.
• Ability to read and follow recipes precisely; good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items according to kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top, and blast chiller following safety protocols.
• Perform preliminary preparation work in a timely manner and ensure ingredient supplies are accurate.
• Maintain sanitary and organized work areas and ensure cleanliness of walk-ins, stations and equipment.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining par levels across assigned stations and storage areas.
