Ideal candidates have food service experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work standing for long shifts while upholding health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation equipment.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Stock and replenish food products and workstation supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for guests and fellow team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
