Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to help prepare high-quality dishes for Hollydeck events. You will ensure par levels are maintained, communicate with leadership about shortages, and deliver timely, friendly service to guests.

The role requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment, and adherence to food safety standards. Flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to established guidelines and orders for Hollydeck guests.
• Maintain par levels and report shortages to F&B leadership.
• Ensure timely food preparation according to guidelines.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service.
• Follow food safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Stay informed about products, events, and promotions.
• Keep workstation clean and stocked per health guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality.
