• Minimum 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• High standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and organize workstation and daily prep.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station following Invited standards.
• Maintain cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials and menu items.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and support 3-step service requirements.
• May lead a shift in the absence of senior cooks.
