Job summary

A fast-paced kitchen demands safe handling, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver quality dining experiences. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 0–2 years’ related experience, and the ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold items for all meal periods and events.
• Follow recipes and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support kitchen teamwork.
• Adapt to varying duties by account and client requirements.
