• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and product directions for various foods.
• Estimate food requirements and check production to plan quantities.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure safety.
