Sodexo is seeking a Cook I to prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items across meal periods and events. You will follow culinary standards, work in a fast-paced kitchen, and maintain food safety, sanitation, and an efficient workstation.

The role requires adherence to recipes, attention to quality, and teamwork to deliver a memorable dining experience while supporting the client’s needs and Sodexo’s high service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires basic food-handling procedures knowledge.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reading menus and recipes to prepare meals.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and guidelines to ensure quality.
• Follow recipes and product directions for cooking, serving, and presentation.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and safe food handling practices.
• Support kitchen teamwork and adhere to Sodexo standards.
