Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time Cook I for the Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, located in downtown Jacksonville. The role is scheduled for evenings, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and involves preparing, portioning and cooking Hospital at Home meals according to recipes and production charts.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitary work standards, logging production data, and labeling and packing meals for delivery.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year food service experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• ServSafe preferred.

• Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
