Baptist Medical Nassau is seeking a PRN Cook to join our Dietary team. This on-site role supports patients, guests, and staff across varying shifts.

Responsibilities include measuring, mixing, portioning, and cooking according to recipes and production charts, while maintaining clean and sanitary standards and completing logs as required. Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook to our Dietary team at Baptist Medical Nassau. This is a PRN opportunity. This position will work as needed across various shift types.

Job Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience (Preferred)
• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience (Preferred)
• High School Diploma (Preferred)

This Cook I will be located at Baptist Nassau.
