Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a PRN Cook to join the Dietary team at Baptist Medical Nassau in Nassau, FL. You will prepare meals for patients, guests, and staff following recipes and production charts, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Candidates with less than 1 year of food service or cooking experience are preferred; a high school diploma is preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $500 is available for external hires.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year food service experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
