Job summary

Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville is seeking a Cook I for the Bridges Café at Baptist Downtown. This PRN role works as needed to support meals for patients, guests, and staff, following recipes and production charts.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook to our Bridges Café at Baptist Medical Downtown. This is a PRN opportunity. This position will be working as needed.

Cook I Job Responsibilities
