Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh meals for residents, following menus and dietary guidelines, while delivering a positive dining experience. You will work with the Food Service Manager, assist with inventory and ordering, and ensure cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas.

This role uses computerized systems to support efficient meal service and requires 1–2 years of cooking experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
