Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will follow established menus and dietary guidelines while using computerized systems to create a positive dining experience for residents and their families.

The role includes assisting the Food Service Manager with inventory, storing food properly, and supervising Dietary staff when the Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a High School Diploma or GED/HSE.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-made meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies properly to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize computerized systems to ensure safe and efficient dining experiences for residents and families.
