Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will contribute to a positive dining experience and assist with inventory under the Food Service Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities include setting up service stations, maintaining cleanliness, and stock management while utilizing computerized systems to support resident care and family interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents based on recipes and planned menus.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
