Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents in a long-term care setting. You will ensure meals meet safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive dining experience for residents and families.

Responsibilities include creating scratch-made meals from recipes, assisting with inventory, maintaining food safety, supervising dietary staff, and using our kitchen systems to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Experience preparing meals for residents or in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise dietary staff in the manager’s absence.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use computerized systems to ensure safe and efficient dining experiences.
