Job summary

Asbury is seeking a hands-on food service associate to assist in simple hot and cold food preparation and batch cooking. You will follow production sheets, communicate shortages or recipe changes to the Chef, and guide attendants on menu offerings. Emphasis on sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance to ensure safe, high-quality meals.

Hours are part-time? No, full-time with shifts from 11:30am-8:00pm and 7:30am-3:00pm alternating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
• Six (6) months prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation.
• Batch cook items ensuring optimal food quality.
• Follows counts designated on production sheets.
• Informs Chef when a recipe or production sheet needs modification.
• Instructs attendants regarding menu offerings and changes.
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control and quality assurance.
