Sodexo is seeking a Cook at Saint-Gobain HQ in Malvern to prepare and present hot and cold items for meals and events. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow Sodexo standards for quality, safety, and presentation, and support a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes, estimating production needs, and maintaining a clean workstation; the role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.
• Follow recipes and directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and serving foods.
• Taste products, estimate needs, check production, and requisition supplies/equipment.
• Significant walking or mobility.
• Walk/stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Attend shifts on time; other duties may be assigned.
