Team Members work together to prepare our signature menu items with quality and accuracy, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant, and ensure every guest is served with genuine hospitality. Team Members may be trained to specialize as a Coldline or Hotline Team Member, with opportunities to become cross‑trained in both areas. No matter the role, all duties are carried out with teamwork and a shared commitment to delivering a great guest experience.
